1.How can I have the order by website?

After the price, quantity, product are confirmaed, we can have a online contract by ALIBABA, customers can see the contract by their email, after the contract content read well, the customer can pay the money by the link of email, then the order start.
The order is called Trade Assurance Order, the Alibaba will keep th money until the customer received the goods, then the seller can get the goods payment.
2.How long is your product warranty?
One year,after the product received, use normally.(Artificial damage and incorrect use is not included).Each product will be tested and confirmed well for selling.But if there are matters with the product, please provide us the photos and videos, the more clear the better.Then we will provide the free part and video of repairing.
3. Maintenance instruction
Use the tools in a dry environment.
After work, keep the tools in a dry place, and keep the working part in the initial position, sometimes you can put some lubricating oil in connection part.
Every hydraulic tools will contain the hydraulic oil, with the using time goes by, when you find the tools is not as useful as before, maybe it's time to change the oil, pour out all the old hydraulic oil and change to the new hydraulic oil, remember, the new and the old oil can not be mixed and use.
Keep the tool away from children or the people no training of using tool.
4.Charger and battery:
The charger is AC 110V-250V, the original attaching plug is Chinese standard, the customer may need to prepare a changeover plug for the charger. The battery is 18V, type is generic tools battery. The charger can only use for the matched battery.
5.Why your express price is higher than some others?
For the products without batteries, the express cost won't have big difference from others. Some small diference in shipping cost is normal situation.
For electric hydraulic tools, beacause there are batteries in package, the most express or air shipping won't ship them. We need to ship the goods by logistics in HongKong, this will spend more in shipping.
If you like, you could buy the tool except the batteries and charger, you could buy the batteries in your country.
